Who you are dealing with
Klaren AI (“we”) makes the six products described on klarenai.com: Klarcode, Klarvid, Klarvas, OkBoss, Klara and Soundklar. Klarcode is on sale today; the others are marked “Coming soon” and cannot be bought yet. These terms apply to every one of them and to your Klaren AI account.
When you pay by card, the seller of record is Polar Software Inc., which handles the transaction, applicable tax, invoices and card refunds on our behalf. When you pay in rupiah by QRIS, GoPay or a bank virtual account, you are buying from Klaren AI and the transaction is processed by PT Midtrans.

Your account
One Klaren AI account holds every product you use. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for activity under your account. Sign in from a device you control; each plan allows a fixed number of registered devices, and you can revoke any of them from your account at any time.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to open an account and make a purchase.
Plans, founding seats and renewal
A plan belongs to one product and describes what that product may do for you: how many agents run at once, on how many devices, and how much included model usage you receive.
There are two ways to buy, and both are offered at checkout. A founding seat is a single payment: you pay a plan's price once, you receive more time than that price normally buys — 40 days instead of 30 on a monthly term, 13 months instead of 12 on an annual one — and then it ends. The first 10 days of a founding seat, monthly or annual, run on your own model key, a local model or Klar Credits, with no included usage; the plan's included usage covers the rest of the term. Nothing renews, nothing is stored to charge you later, and there is nothing to cancel. Each product has its own run of 888 numbered seats, assigned in payment order and never reused, and a person may hold one founding seat per product.
A plan is the other way, and the way every Klaren AI product is sold: a subscription at the ordinary price, renewed at the end of each term until you cancel it. Plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, at the term you choose.
A 3-day trial is offered only on a regular plan paid by credit card through Polar. Your card is charged the plan price when the trial ends unless you cancel before then, and you can cancel from your account at any time during the trial. Payments in rupiah through Midtrans, and founding seats, have no trial. Nothing is charged before you complete a purchase, and no payment method is stored in order to charge you later unless you buy a plan that renews.
When you buy, you ask us to start supplying the product immediately, and you confirm this at checkout. Where the law of your country gives you a right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content or a digital service, you acknowledge that you lose that right once supply has begun. From then on, refunds follow our refund policy: a refund may be requested within 3 days of paying.
A plan paid by card through Polar renews at the end of each term until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and nothing is deleted when it does.
A plan paid in rupiah through Midtrans — QRIS, GoPay or a bank virtual account — is paid one term at a time. Nothing is charged again automatically and the plan does not renew on its own; to continue, you pay for the next term from your account.
Prices, currency and tax
Prices on klarenai.com are shown first in Indonesian rupiah. A rupiah payment is denominated in rupiah: when you pay by QRIS, GoPay or a bank virtual account, the rupiah amount shown on the plan is the amount charged to your account, processed by PT Midtrans. No conversion is applied to it, and we add no separate exchange fee.
The US dollar figure shown beside a plan is the price for paying by card, from any country, charged by Polar Software Inc. as merchant of record. It is the amount on that receipt. It is not a conversion of the rupiah price — the two are set independently, so they will not always track a market rate.
A rupiah price is the full amount you pay. A card payment in US dollars may have tax added at checkout, depending on your country; where it applies, Polar calculates and shows it before you confirm, and it appears on the receipt they issue.
We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. A price change never applies to a founding seat already paid for, or to a subscription period already paid for.
Included usage, credits and your own keys
Each plan includes an allowance of model usage, shown in your account as a percentage of the month rather than a currency figure. When it is used up the product does not stop: it steps down to your Klar Credits if you hold any, then to a lighter included model, then to a model key or local model of your own.
Klar Credits are a prepaid balance shared across every Klaren AI product, sold in packs priced at about Rp 200 per credit when bought in rupiah, or US$0.01 per credit when bought in US dollars. They are redeemable only for Klaren AI services, are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, are not refundable, and are not a deposit or stored value. Purchased credits do not expire while you hold an active subscription; after a subscription lapses they expire twelve months later, and we warn you by email at 60, 30 and 7 days. Granted credits carry their own expiry, stated when granted.
Using your own provider key or a local model never routes through Klaren AI, is never metered by us, and is never made slower or worse than usage we sell. That is a published promise.
What survives any subscription state
Your files, repositories, git history, sessions and exports are yours and remain available to you whether your plan is active, past due, cancelled or expired. No expiry path deletes your data. What a lapsed subscription loses is the agent and the included usage, not the work.
Your content and our models
You own what you create with Klaren AI products. We do not train models on your code, files or conversations. Which model providers your requests may reach is set by your data policy: in private mode, only providers we have verified do not train on inputs. Every model we route to will be listed with its data policy, and your account, organisation or project can tighten that policy; nothing can loosen it.
You may not use Klaren AI products to break the law, to infringe others' rights, to attack systems you are not authorised to test, or to generate content that is unlawful where you are.
Availability, changes and liability
We work to keep the products available and will tell you about planned interruptions where we can. Model providers, payment providers and network operators are outside our control, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
We may change these terms; material changes are announced by email and on this page, and continuing to use the products after the effective date is acceptance. Price changes are covered in section 4.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the products is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Consumers keep the protections of the law of the country they live in.
