What is a founding seat?
One payment for a fixed term, not a subscription. You pay a normal monthly or annual price once and get a quarter more time than it buys — 37 days, or 15 months — and then it ends. Nothing renews, and there is nothing to cancel. Each product has its own run of 888 numbered seats, assigned in payment order and never reused.
What are Klaren Credits?
A prepaid balance on your Klaren account, at a cent a credit, that every Klaren product draws from — generation in Klarvid, runs past your allowance in Klarcode, and the products that follow. Larger top-ups carry up to 10% extra credits. Plans do not include credits.
How do I pay?
In Indonesian rupiah by QRIS, bank transfer, virtual account or an Indonesian card, processed by PT Midtrans. Cards issued outside Indonesia are charged in US dollars by Polar Software Inc. Prices exclude any tax your country adds at checkout.
Can I get my money back?
A founding seat is refunded in full if you write to us within 7 days of paying. The refund policy covers credits and every other case.
