What is a founding seat?
One payment for a fixed term, not a subscription. You pay a normal monthly or annual price once and get more time than it buys — 40 days instead of 30, or 13 months instead of 12 — and then it ends. The first 10 days run on your own model key. Nothing renews, and there is nothing to cancel. Each product has its own run of 888 numbered seats, assigned in payment order and never reused.
What are Klar Credits?
A prepaid balance on your Klaren AI account, at about Rp 200 (or one US cent) a credit, that every Klaren AI product draws from — today, runs past your allowance in Klarcode; the products that follow use the same balance. Larger packs carry up to 10% extra credits. Plans do not include credits.
How do I pay?
In Indonesian rupiah by QRIS, GoPay or a bank virtual account, processed by PT Midtrans. Card payments, from any country, are charged in US dollars by Polar Software Inc. Rupiah prices are the full amount; card payments may have tax added at checkout, depending on your country.
What is a plan?
A regular plan, monthly or annual. Annual is twelve months for the price of eleven. By card it renews until you cancel; in rupiah you pay each term. It is sold alongside Founding 888 now, and is the only way to buy once the founding seats are gone.
Can I get my money back?
A plan or founding seat is refunded in full if you ask within 3 days of paying and tell us why. Klar Credits are not refundable. The refund policy covers every case.
