Every top-up, hold, charge and release is a new line. Nothing is edited in place, so the history always adds up to the balance — and every line names the product and the job it belongs to.

Credits land on your account as a new entry, from your Klaren AI account, in rupiah or dollars.

Before work starts, it holds what it might cost. Two jobs can never spend the same credit.

Settle
When the work finishes, the charge is written for what it actually cost — not the estimate.

What was held and not used goes straight back. A job that failed and made nothing charges nothing.
Questions.
Are credits included in a plan?
No. Plans do not include Klar Credits. Credits are a separate prepaid top-up, at about Rp 200 (or one US cent) a credit, shared across every product on your account.
Do credits expire?
Purchased credits do not expire while you hold an active plan. After a plan lapses they expire twelve months later, with warnings at 60, 30 and 7 days. The expiry is written as its own visible entry, never a silent adjustment.
What happens if a job fails halfway?
The hold is released and the credits return to your balance. A failed job that never produced anything does not settle a charge.
Can one product spend another's credits?
There is one balance per account and every product draws from it. Each entry records which product spent what, so a shared balance never means unattributed usage.
Why hold credits instead of charging at the end?
Without a hold, two jobs running at once can both pass a balance check and both charge, taking the account negative. Holding first makes that impossible.
